Hotel Olindo Rio De janeiro

Stayed during the 2014 world cup so was expecting prices to be inflated. Paid $250 AUD per night

This hotel is located directly across the road from Copacabana Beach and right in the middle. You could not ask for a better location.

The hotel staff were super friendly.

The hotel itself is a little old and run down, but its clean, respectable and comfortable.

The breakfast is a choice of pastries, fruit, bread and cereals (usual hotel breakfasts)

The rooms are medium size with a view of the beach and large window and considering the busyness of the area rooms are quiet as well.

Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

3.5/5 if for location only.

HOLLYWOOD ROOSEVELT HOTEL

“trendy hotel great location very hollywood”

Where to start with this hotel.... The location is perfect. A famous hotel on a famous strip. Located right on hollywood blvd and direct opposite the TLC theatre (all the premieres are shown here). You walk out of your hotel and directly onto the hollywood walk of fame.

The hotel is commonly used by celebrities and on weekends in summer often has parties on the roof top.

Outside the hotel is shopping centre, restaurants and all the tour buses to make the most of LA.

The staff are accomodating although do expect a tip for it.

Upon check in they take the total room price from your card as a deposit but then on check out make you pay again whilst refunding the original deposit that takes 2-3 business days to get back into your account.

The hotel is expensive but its what you would expect to pay for a famous hotel right in holiday

4/5 couldnt fault it.

Hilton Colon Quito Ecuador

The name says it all its a hilton. It the same a the majority of the hiltons nice and professional hotel.

We arrived in quito about 2 am and were checked in and in bed within a matter of minutes. The rooms have some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in.

This hotel was part of our Galapagos islands tour with G-adventures so i can't give a comment on the price.

The only downside was we had to pay for wifi unless we went down and sat in the lobby.

Its a great location we walked from the hotel everywhere to old town new town shopping malls everywhere and has restaurants and bars located in the restaurant.

If i head back to Quito this will be the first hotel i like at and would love to stay at again depending on price

Hotel Pascana (cusco peru)

This hotel is cute and cosy like a little tree house.

A good location walking distance to most of cusco.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating.

It's a cheap hotel which means you get what you pay for. There are no tvs in the room, which personally I think is better means you have to get out and do something. The bathrooms contain the basic.

If your looking for purely a room to sleep in this is the place for you as it literally contains a bed a bathroom with breakfast an option.

If your looking for a place to stay in relax enjoy your hotel this hotel probably isn't right there are the bigger name more fancy hotels in cusco. However if you are looking for a cheap place either day of Machu Picchu then this is perfect

The Westin

This is one of my favourite hotels so far!!!!!

I don't know where to start this hotel is in a great location right in the centre of sydney, You are right on pitt st mall the best shopping in sydney, within a 5 minute walk to all the tourist attractions e.g. bridge opera house.

The rooms themselves are very nice complete 5 star as is the hotel itself.

Numerous restaurants inside the hotel and shops

Its luxurious, classy, fancy one of the best in Sydney

I used the gym everyday i was there and its an actual health club a proper gym.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious if there was one thing to improve on there was about a 20 minute wait to get into breakfast

The cost is similar for all 4-5 star hotels in sydney depending on the time of year roughly $250

5/5. Would definitely stay here again more then once!! Can't recommend this enough

Pullman Hyde park

Extremely nice hotel..

Relatively good location, not in the direct centre of Sydney

The rooms are big and spacious with everything you would want and expect in a 4-5 star hotel.

From the opera house and harbour bridge its probably a 15 minute walk or $10 or so cab ride. For what you pay for this hotel you can get a better location for the same price.

Sheraton on the park

Stayed here October long weekend and was very well priced for the long weekend compared to other hotels..

The lobby is amazing as well as the customer service..

The room is what you would expect for a 5 star hotel.. The hotel is luxurious and spectacular..

The location just depends on what your after in Sydney it's a fair walk from the Harbour bridge and circular quay but close to shopping central, Hyde park woolomooloo and central station..

Would recommend to anyone my 2nd favourite hotel in Sydney

Mantra on mary Brisbane

Great location standard self service apartment..

Not a hotel so no concierge and not room service.

Comes with full kitchen and laundry swell as living room

. There's not much help if you want it or need anything..

We came with baggage so bit of a walk with the trains from the airport but a taxi with door to door will cost you $50 from the airport

Mantra on Southbank Melbourne

It's a typical mantra hotel.

Very nice everything you need apartment like rooms.

Pool and gym top level hat over looks the city and restaurant and bar downstairs.
It's located close to the casino.

It's about a 10 min walk to the casino but to fed square etc and the main part of the city your looking at a longer walk or taxi..

Would definitely recommend it but you can get closer in the city

Hyatt Regency- Kathmandu

After doing a hike to ebc we wanted something luxurious and to treat ourselves and it's exactly what we got.

The property is huge with security it's like a suburb on its own..

The hotel itself is 5 star as is the staff..

It has everything from pools bars restaurants which are good quality and not over the top expensive a casino and shops. You can get closer hotels to Kathmandu it took us about 10-15 mins to get into Kathmandu where we needed to go that's a small price to play for the quality
